Pros

Good offices In good locations

Cons

Just go to a popular social media sight for professionals, You know the one. Message former employees and ask for their honest opinion... I will Guarantee 90% of people will tell you it is awful and let you know how much happier they are elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and just go do that please... You do not even have to read On... But if you want to... Awful hours, horrible Level of VPs w/no experience elsewhere and zero business acumen, It's laughable. Churn and burn atmosphere. Rapid expansion I am sure will come to a Halt as offices are failing, evidenced by benefits being cut left and right. A restructured commisson plan that was already below industry standard and a nearly Impossible quota so they no longer have to pay bonuses... Also changed from all employees being eligible to only the first few who hit their number... Genius!!! I really do not even need to go on but please read between the lines of the reviews written by the employees that they ask to write them. Usually 22 year old kids fresh out of school, you will know them, they are all about 3-5 lines long a poor Content and say "it's amazing and unicorns and rainbows are evrywhere!!! " you get my drift. The biggest shock is a company that preaches accountability non-stop yet the VP level can somehow continuously shift blame to people below them again and again and fire managers, sales reps, sales Trainees and recruiters at will.

Pros

Mondo is a well-establish, dynamic, fast growing company that truly cares about it's employees. Not only am I working in the heart of NYC, in a top of the line, contemporary, sexy office, but I'm working with competitive professionals who thrive off of one another's success. What could be better than young, innovative, hungry, top talent sales and recruiting professionals making lots of money? At Mondo you have the opportunity to make your career what you want it to be. It's truly a place where you will only be as successful as the amount of energy and effort you put into your work. Luckily, middle management, senior management, executive level management and even our CEO, Michael Kirven are readily available to help and listen to new ideas regarding personal and company wide growth. The opportunities for career development at Mondo are endless. Mondo's innovative and agile work environment keep us ahead of the times and 5 steps ahead of our competitors. The benefits, compensation and rewards simply cannot be matched by any other company. From the full health benefits, 401K, unlimited vacation policy, to company "forced fun days", in office shoe shines, manicures, massages, complimentary fruit, a day off on your birthday, summer Fridays, and you can't forget the ALL INCLUSIVE, all expenses paid for 4-5 day "Club" getaway provided directly by our CEO, Michael Kirven!! The difference here, is that Mondo puts it's hard working, dedicated employees first. Choosing Mondo was one of the best decision I've ever made. It has helped me flourish personally and professionally and given me tools I will certainly use for the rest of my life.

Pros

-Company is well known in the Staffing world -I am still close friends with many of my co-workers even though I was fired this past year so I will say that they do bring quality people into the office to work

Cons

12+ hour work days - be prepared to work from 8am-6pm each day (I literally only had time to eat a quick 15 minute lunch from my desk). Then be ready to spend another 2+ hours each night doing more work from your own personal laptop. IT CONSUMES YOUR LIFE -No privacy - Everyone sits together with no space to operate - Headsets are terrible (look like 10 year old McDonalds Drive-thru headsets) -Motivate employees through fear - threatened to fire someone weekly (most of the times they do) -Make you feel replaceable and worthless to them -Only care about numbers -PREY ON YOUNG RECENT FEMALE COLLEGE GRADUATES with zero real world work experience (90% of the office) to take advantage of them and their well being. -NO ONE TO GO TO IN THE OFFICE WHEN YOU HAVE HR ISSUES -Terrible work environment -Recently dropped starting salary by $5k I was trying to search for other jobs the entire time I was working with them but it was so difficult to do so since the other companies all wanted to do phone/in person interviews during the 9-5 workweek, which was impossible to do since YOU CAN NEVER LEAVE THE OFFICE FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR unless your out with a client. When I was sick, I still forced myself to go into the office because they did not care about my well being whatsoever and would just use that as ammunition again me as "not being committed."
