Pros

The people! My consultants relations coordinator really care about my career aspirations, I felt like she was a friend, not a person that just wanted to get a cut of my paycheck like many other recruiters. There were times where I've worked a job that I never even met or spoke with my recruiter after or before getting hired. Mondo brings you lunch, breakfast, or takes you on one-on-one lunches to make good connections with their corporate clients + the consultants working through them.

Cons

I did not meet the recruiter that got me the job, but I did get to meet my wonderful consultant relations coordinator. I personally I would have liked to have met my recruiter but that's just me. It's kind of like going to rent an apartment and the broker isn't even there to show you the apartment....I felt like my recruiter was not as personal and pressured me into a job I didn't think would be a great fit. I'm glad to have such a great connection with my consultant relations personnel, we are on the right track now!

Pros

Mondo’s recruiters shepherded me through the long and tumultuous process of starting as a contractor and ending as a direct employee of a prestigious media company. Mondo’s Recruiters were amazing, and over the course of four months of interviews, my Mondo representative was the calm eye in the center of a storm of unknowns and anticipation. They kept me fully-informed and held my hand through every step of the process, so even in the tightest of situations, I felt like I was never intentionally left out of the loop. More importantly than that, though, I also felt like I had teammates who cared about a successful ending as much as I did, and they truly went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied and the company I entered was overjoyed to have me. Their hands-on approach to placement management hasn’t ended after I officially joined my new company either. Mondo’s been so full-service that they’ve even checked up on me monthly to make sure all parties are just as happy today as they were when signing on the dotted line. I can’t sing Mondo’s praises enough, and my only hope is that more people can discover the same pleasant surprise I did when teaming with Mondo for my next career chapter!

Cons

Only that more companies are still choosing to go to other recruiting companies when Mondo can do so much more for both the employers as well as prospective candidates.

Pros

Mondo was my first job out of college (I graduated in May 2013), and I can truly say it was such a great experience. I recently resigned because I decided that Sales just wasn't for me and management was so extremely supportive and understanding! Had there been an opening in a different department I was interested in, I would have 100% pursued it because Mondo is such an incredible place to work. I think what makes Mondo so special is the people. From your peers, to Management, to VP, to CEO, everyone is genuinely invested in you and your success. I started out at Mondo in the ISAM (Inside Sales Account Manager) program which is a rigorous training program that gets you extremely prepared for the Account Director (sales rep) role. You go through interactive e-training courses, role play scenarios, participate in group discussions, learn from "Thought Leaders" (whether they be managers, current reps, or VPs), and bounce ideas off of one another. Within a little under 4 months, when both myself and management decided I was ready, I was promoted to an Account Director role (which, by the way, comes along with a pay bump)! My friends and family thought it was crazy that I had already received a promotion after graduating from college just a few months before. Everyone in the office was SO genuinely excited to see me and my peers get promoted. I really cannot praise Mondo enough. It's a great company to work for, and I feel lucky that I got to start my career there. Both my manager when I was an ISAM and my manager when I was an AD were so helpful, caring, and invested in my success. My managers and my VP truly believed in me, and I left Mondo with so much more confidence in myself than I had when I got there. I really can't thank them enough for everything they did for me/helped me with while I was there! Not only are the people wonderful (as I've made clear at this point), but the perks of the job are great as well! You get unlimited vacation (!!!), manicures in the office, shoe shining in the office, free fruit, a healthy vending machine, an always filled bowl of candy at the front desk (it's the little things), off for your birthday, "Forced Fun Days" (literally you're forced to go out with your coworkers during office hours when your office hits goal), etc. The list goes on! My friends were always jealous of the perks I was offered at Mondo, and I miss them already! I think by now you get the picture. Mondo = amazing. The people, the culture, the perks. And best of all, you get out of the job what you put into it. You really do have complete control of your success and you are compensated accordingly! I would venture to say there's no other company where people fresh out of school have the potential to make so much money. So if you're thinking of a career in sales or recruiting, I really don't know why you wouldn't choose Mondo. I did, and it was one of the best decisions I ever made! Unfortunately, sales just wasn't for me, but I learned so much that I will carry with me throughout my professional career wherever I end up! THANK YOU MONDO :)

Cons

There really aren't any! I would say if you are someone who isn't willing to work hard - this is definitely not the place for you. Everyone drives their own success. You get out what you put in so if you aren't willing to put in the work - you won't see results. However, if you have that "work hard, play hard" mentality, Mondo's a great place for you.
