      Learned a lot, but overall was a very stressful job with long hours and not enough pay.

      Pros

      - hand massages/shoe shine monthly, tip not included - had great coworkers - company expensed happy hour (when business is good)

      Cons

      Management: - sink or swim mentality - micromanage entire process - try to motivate team harder with threats and blame - will not offer support to employees who are struggling, instead will give them an impossible goal to obtain and then terminate Expected to come in by 8 am, not leave by 6 pm, and when you take a full hour's lunch, it is frowned upon.

      Pros

      I have been working with Mondo for almost three months. I talked to a few people over their but mainly my point of contact has been great. Not only does this company work diligently to help me find work, but she (my point of contact) has also given me great advise on my resume, and has even gone as far to edit it and make it that much better! I have worked with several agencies around the Denver Metro area, and the people at Mondo are just the best. From the first time they contacted me, till now, I feel the agents at Mondo, especially my point of contact, have been very professional and know what they are doing. Again, I have worked with several agencies, and none of them can compare to Mondo. They actually follow up when a contract is done. They know what companies need and will match your expertise to the companies needs and vise versa. I was recently sent to a job that was way out of my league by another agency. That wouldn't happen with Mondo. These people are PROS!

      Cons

      Some agencies pay weekly (good) Some pay bi-weekly (not good) Mondo pays bi-weekly, not a huge deal though. More personal preference than a bad mark on an OUTSTANDING company.
