      Pros

      At Mondo there is no set career path. It truly is a place where you create your own success and opportunity. If you show value and bring ideas to the table, management will listen. Mondo is really trying to invest in their employees by implementing an amazing Benefits Platform that no other company out there can match!

      Cons

      Mondo is not for everyone. It's a very high pressure, competitive environment. Personally, that's what makes it fun for me. No day at Mondo is ever the same and that keeps me on my toes!

      Pros

      Mondo has been such a great experience! They really care about their employees, and allow you to use your skills wherever you think they best suit you! I have been with the company for a little less than a year, and have learned so much! I love that all of management is easily accessible, and there to really help you succeed! I love that I can come to work everyday, and look at it as a career, rather than just a job!

      Cons

      This company isn't for the faint of heart, no matter what your role! So if you aren't a hard worker, than look away!

      From the day one of my job search till the day i got a full time position they had an excellent follow up. As a consultant they had clear and quick response for every questions. And also offered me a full time job in no time . EXCELLENT PEOPLE TO WORK AND EASY PROCESS
