      Pros

      I've worked for several recruiting companies in NYC. They pretty much are all 'body' shops despite all of their hype and statements to the opposite. With Mondo, it was completely different!! I am working on a short term assignment. But I was interviewed, placed and started working in Midtown at a client site in less than 2 weeks time. Before I interviewed at the client site, I met with a Mondo sales representative. And during my first week on the job, Mondo sponsored a short open house and meet and greet reception at my client's place of business. I have never seen such courtesy and professionalism in a recruiting company before. Mondo is the Most!!!!!

      Cons

      Don't have anything negative to say at this point. I am a new consultant. I'm sure they don't do everything perfectly. But they seem to have a very dedicated team of workers trying their best.

      Pros

      Mondo has been a wonderful place to start my career. It is full of growth opportunity, and there is plenty of reward for people who work hard. As with all sales jobs, the more work you put into it the more rewards you get. If you have the motivation to do well, and establish a good relationship with your manager, you can be very successful here. The quotas they give you are fair, and they even offer end of year bonus potential and monthly bonuses on top of commission. I’ve seen entry-level hires make six figures here. The opportunity is there for the taking, you just have to be willing to work hard for it.

      It can be a grind, and there are ups and downs during the month depending on how well the team is doing.

      Pros

      I was recruited by a Mondo rep for a contact position in an external company about two months ago. I'm on the project for 6 months, so I still have plenty of time to work with them. So far, my experience has been a good one-I really have no complaints to date. Everyone I had to work with to get me set up for the position has been really nice. They are always on top of things which makes me feel secure. So far, so good!
