Sad to say but there are a lot of cons with this organization, I will be naming a few but know that the list goes on. Fake culture, bad management, and no work-life balance are the main ones. They expect you to stay from 8am all the way until 8pm to prove to them that you care. If you are fully ready to commit to your job and that is all then this place is for you. Another con is a low base salary and when you are interviewing with them they mention the potential to make $ but nothing is guaranteed so do not expect to make that. Management creates a TOXIC environment and blames its own employees for underperforming like it is solely their fault. Overall, think wisely before joining this organization all these reviews are unfortunately true when it comes to how they treat their employees.

You are expected to work at all hours. I would show up at 7 am and be yelled at if I left before 7 pm some days. You are forced to walk into peoples' offices even after you're denied entry, told to not give up, ambush people. it's utterly unprofessional and not something anyone would want to get involved in.
