Pros
I loved most of my co workers. Management would let us leave early on Fridays sometimes. Unless you are going on meetings, you can dress very casually. It's brainless work so it was pretty easy.
Cons
Upper management is a joke. None of them have worked anywhere besides Mondo....oh I think one may have been a cashier at Express. HR Is a BIGGER joke. So many mistakes: screwing up people's health insurance. Taking money OUT of bank accounts after checks were deposited. A total nightmare. As an employee, your performance is metrics driven. A lot of people would cheat to get their 100 calls and emails a day; therefore defeating the purpose of having heavy activity. On top of that they wanted us to go on a minimum of 12 meetings a week. There was no training, just some online modules with grammatical errors glaring out at you. As an account director, I could bring in all the job reqs in the world, but recruiters couldn't get the jobs filled. This was because Mondo hires people with zero experience for a role that is very technical. Commission takes forever to come in. Our manager had NO idea how to manage people. Favoritism, lying, placing blame on others....that was the norm. There was no structure in the office. Very unprofessional. Employees all just stopped caring. If you want a CAREER in sales, this is not the place to be long term. You'll read off of a sheet of paper while begging clients to meet with you over the phone and never learn any real strategy. Get 6-9 months under your belt then go to a more professional environment....and that's only if you desperately need a job.
