Pros

The people are great and the culture is fun

Cons

business model is completely wrong. They will cycle through employee's every 3-6 months. They dont believe in investing in there employee's and will let you go if you dont meet your unreal quota. They dont have any direction and office management will let you go as soon as the CEO text's them to let you go. They dont understand the IT staffing business at all and will never be in the top of the industry because they dont put enough time into training. They dont care about the employee's at all. They try to brainwash you into thinking they are something better than they really are and when push comes to shove they will show you the door. I have been with Bluewolf/Mondo for less than a year and have seen 15 people come and go

Pros

Forget the ozempic, you will be so stressed out hitting their insane metrics that you’ll probably drop a few pounds from sheer panic! Since I can’t help but see this place constantly circle-jerking on LinkedIn about hiring every hour of every day, I felt a civic duty to take time out of my day and even write this, before the next naive new grad or laid-off professional entertains the idea of rushing this place (since its practically a sorority) do yourself a favor and Google the horror stories. They act like they’re the hottest thing on the market, but the reality is a toxic, dystopian sweatshop wearing a blazer.

Cons

Whether you are a top performer or middle-of-the-road, you are embedded in a permanent state of high-cortisol torture. They will ride you harder than a mechanical bull without offering so much as a safe word. The senior staff who survived the 2021 Covid staffing boom sit around bragging about the success and money you can achieve, while new hires are getting absolutely derailed by today’s market. You are sold a complete fantasy. There is zero work-life balance for the first 1-3 years. You are expected to bend over backwards and work to the bone just to earn the right to breathe. There is a reason their turnover is an absolute joke. You either get incredibly lucky, or you literally become mentally unwell trying to keep up. Working here is a borderline one-way ticket to a grippy-sock vacation.

Pros

Your direct peers are great and will build bonds with them.

Cons

Toxic work culture and consistently micromanaged. Brought on as someone who was open in the interview process they never had recruiting experience and got let go not even 6 months in. Never felt I was given time to really learn the role. Also their morals stink, I was flat out told to lie to candidates by superiors which I felt was completely unethical.
