      Decent money, good base salary plus commission plan

      Cons

      terrible upper management, lots of people coming and going, doesn't really care about clients or candidates, just about profit. not supportive work environment, very long hours.

      Worst company I've EVER worked for

      My teammates...the ones they couldn't brainwash, that is.

      Nearly everything. Even after leaving Mondo and working in a healthy, sane environment with true professionals, I still find myself shuttering at the absolute horror I went through each day. "Leadership" is terrible and just plain mean. Their recruiting practices are beyond unethical. They focus so much on quantity and speed that the quality of the work, job descriptions, etc. is horrendous. I am embarrassed to have worked for Mondo.

      Management is a joke

      Remote. I really enjoyed my colleagues.

      Cons

      False promises. Always dangling the carrot for the next “promotion”. Then once you get there they add on another “expectation.” BIG favoritism. Promoting family members with no management experience. Secretive. Horrible communication. Commission structure is almost like a pyramid scheme. Recruiters do the heavy lifting with the least reward. CEO will pull you for a gmeet and threaten to sue you. Controversial narrative when speaking about anyone with a different authorization status other than US citizen.
