      Zero Work Life Balance and Respect for Employees Well Being

      Pros

      The pro is that once you leave you will realize how much better it is at other sales companies.

      Cons

      A previous review states "you would be hard pressed not to see long hours". Well this is for a fact false and comes from somebody who has only experienced working at Mondo. You will not get work life balance, you get 5 days of PTO your first year, you can't take a a sick day and will miss important life events. They use "mentality" as a weapon to get you to grind all day and all night with pings from 7 am to 9 pm. Don't believe the 5 star reviews. If you are on the fence about joining this company do not. Just look at the warning above, this company has tried to inflate their reviews.

      Autonomy Ability to collaborate with so many different types of people. Self-growth Goals are important to Mondo but not only the business goals but also your personal goals.
