Pros

Top performers are eligible for President's Club.

Cons

No work-life balance, very cliquey, drinking-focused culture. Pay is not in line with the amount of hours expected. For most of my office, that was 8-7.

Pros

Young environment, fast-paced, great for aspiring alcoholics and venomous human beings By the way, all these great reviews? Were not here eight months ago. The current employees obviously posted them to boost their previously low score. Because this company is truly that sketchy.

Cons

Mondo sucked the very soul out of who I am. They use young bushy-tailed "just out of college" kids and rip their dreams apart. They make you feel like you are living the fast-paced life and you are going to make thousands upon thousands of dollars, when you are really going to barely scrape by not being on the line of almost fired. As an Account Director, you are a SALES PERSON THAT NO ONE WANTS TO TALK TO. Your supervisors do not care about you, only the status quo. Mine personally talked behind people's back and her supervisor was one of the scariest people I have ever met. And not in a "wow, she's so tough way" as in a "you make me want to cry in the bathroom" way. Everyone pretends to be so satisfied with their position when in reality, everyone is hurting and if they aren't they are empty vessels. And you BETTER make your numbers. And you BETTER stay the whole nine/ten hour work day with no real lunch break. If you are a cut-throat heartless person, you will make it in this company and look so pretty doing it. If you actually want to be a decent human being, go. I didn't listen to the Glassdoor. I absolutely regret it. Do not collect 200 dollars. Just GO.
