      -cool perks and great young coworkers -if you get promoted/hired at the right time you can luck into $100K+ a year

      Cons

      -no loyalty to employees (no severance offered after 1.5+ years of loyal work) -fire people without warning or probationary period -can't leave office before 6:15-6:30 each day without risk of being asked why you're leaving early -every manager there started working as entry level so they have NO outside experience managing

      WFH The immediate team is so nice and helpful

      Cons

      You HAVE to drink the Kool-Aid to survive. It's a lifestyle; it comes before everything in management's lives, and they'll expect you to do the same. I question the morals of anyone who 'thrives' here. If you want work-life balance, this is not the place for you unless you're willing to sacrifice ur mental health.
