      - Complete remote - Good colleagues

      Cons

      - Incapable HR department - Very low salaries as comp. to other companies, for example, someone with 8 yr experience will get 250-350K/y in USA/Canada but this company will hire remotely on just 40-50K. Despite the fact that after covid, even people in Brazil, India, Pakistan etc are now getting slightly comparable salaries remotely. - Few rude bosses

      Pros

      work with great people, a lot of learning, and it is fully remote. for those living in third world countries, this can be a good company to work with. if you have no other choices

      Cons

      for those working for in United States, Canada or others, stay away. severely undderpaying workers expect the following ranges for your salary. this has been the same salary experience for other people in the company data entry - entry level role is around $400-450 support level role is 450 - 500 then for after support is what they call pghb specialist, where you can involve in ad operations . 500 - 600.

      Pros

      Great team, flexible hours, they give you the chance of deciding your own schedule as long as you can deliver what's required for your job position.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is that you not always going to be working face-to-face with people (it might happen more often if you decide to travel together with work colleagues or during the company retreat once a year). You need be disciplined with your tasks and personal management is key.
