- M2's culture strikes a balance of being customer and employee-centered. Management makes sure that both customer and employees are happy and satisfied. - I love how I'm able to take control of my daily productivity and achieve more goals because of the time and location independence that the company offers. I was able to travel more while enjoying my work. - There's always an open line of communication between Executives, Leads and members.

Cons

- As an employee, you just need to have the discipline to manage your time well and to make sure work gets done effectively and efficiently despite the flexibility given.

I’ve been with MonetizeMore for almost four years now, and those years have been truly transformative. In my first two years, my life changed significantly, and I’ve always been grateful to have started my career here, especially during the challenges of the pandemic. Working at MonetizeMore has allowed me to experience incredible flexibility—I’ve had the opportunity to travel while working and spend more time with my family, more than I’ve been able to in years. The company’s culture is outstanding, built on transparency, open communication, and a genuine encouragement of feedback. It’s a place that values personal and professional growth, offering opportunities to thrive. Whatever the future holds for me and MonetizeMore, I will always carry a deep sense of gratitude for this journey.

Cons

The past two years have been challenging for MonetizeMore. Due to the global recession and other external factors, it’s undeniable that the company is experiencing a decline, and the outlook has been difficult. Despite this, MonetizeMore has maintained its transparency, openly discussing the current state of affairs and encouraging everyone to support one another more than ever. The recent right-sizing initiative, which impacted many valued team members, was one of the toughest decisions made. At the end of the day, business decisions are necessary for survival, even when they come at a great cost. No matter how impactful someone has been to the company, difficult changes must be made when the direction shifts. I’ve always said, and will continue to say, that I will forever be grateful to MonetizeMore. It’s not just a company that benefited from my performance; I also thrived and earned when the company was at its peak. For that, I’ll always be thankful.
