      Pros

      - Great training and onboarding for new employees, they have a dedicated training department and you will have a great time during the onboarding process before joining the team. - Good company culture, everyone is professional and almost no drama between coworkers. - Great product platforms, tech integrations were also highly developed than most companies in the same field. - International environment with top-tier publishers.

      Cons

      - Low salaries, since 80% of employees are based in Asia, the pay is also very tier-3 Asia. - Not allowed to update Linkedin with the company name. - Net payment only, no tax or insurance support, and was well-written in the agreement when you sign for it. - Remote work comes with time tracker. - The workload is easier during the beginning of the year, the closer to the end of the year, you will have no sleep. - NO PTO, no holiday day off, you still work from anywhere.

      work with great people, a lot of learning, and it is fully remote. for those living in third world countries, this can be a good company to work with. if you have no other choices

      Cons

      for those working for in United States, Canada or others, stay away. severely undderpaying workers expect the following ranges for your salary. this has been the same salary experience for other people in the company data entry - entry level role is around $400-450 support level role is 450 - 500 then for after support is what they call pghb specialist, where you can involve in ad operations . 500 - 600.
