Flexible working hours and the option to work from home on certain days made it easy to manage personal appointments and family time. Senior leadership was very transparent about the company's goals and performance, which made me feel invested in our success.

Cons

As of now, I have no specific cons to list. The company provides a great work environment, but I would love to see more opportunities for professional development.
