Remote work, however there are many better companies offering WFH options after the pandemic.

Cons

- Time tracker software that took screenshots and record what apps/sites you are opening on your personal laptop because they don't provide you with work laptops. Now that remote work is pretty much the norm everywhere and many companies I know don't use this time tracker software, this felt excessive and can sometimes give you anxiety. - I should have not believed the overhyped glassdoor reviews. It's literally a part of their HR's KPI and they ask everyone to put in good words... no wonder all the reviews here seems fabricated :( - Believe the review that said this company was run by narcisstic psycopaths. Don't believe everything they said on the interview. So many ridiculous claims thinking they are larger than life when they are a mediocre company at best. :)

One of the best reasons why I work at MonetizeMore is culture. I can say that I have my fair share of companies that were just big ugly organizations before joining this team. Here I was able to start from the lowest entry level position and worked my way up to my current Job title. There are a lot of people who encouraged me and taught me how it was different from other companies. This is the only company from my experience that cares for their employees and values their opinions. We can talk directly to the CEO and the CEO directly communicates with us. The company is very open and transparent and shares the goals and visions with each individual.

Cons

For now, I found no cons working from MonetizeMore compared to the previous companies that I have worked with.
