      Pros

      -Flexible working hours, suits digital nomads perfectly - Down to earth executives who are open-minded and welcoming even to rank and file suggestions - A global workplace managed remotely so anywhere with an internet works! - Considerate provisions for work from home like health card for PH and laptop loan - Growth! It's ad technology, baby! You'll never run out of opportunities if you are genuinely willing to learn the technology side. Devs are doing machine learning stuff. And even the marketing team holds no qualms in handling genuinely big data and using cutting edge tools for nurturing leads. It's all good!

      Cons

      - I could not think of any (haha!), maybe you'd crave for more frequent meetups from time to time because everything is remotely managed. - If you are not too assertive or honest about your career preferences, you may slightly run the risk of not being heard because there are so many outspoken alphas in the team who are unafraid to speak their mind. But this is not something unique to MonetizeMore. In fact, larger corporations have grappled with this same issue.

      Pros

      Great team, flexible hours, they give you the chance of deciding your own schedule as long as you can deliver what's required for your job position.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is that you not always going to be working face-to-face with people (it might happen more often if you decide to travel together with work colleagues or during the company retreat once a year). You need be disciplined with your tasks and personal management is key.
