      Pros

      Can work anytime and everywhere, great colleagues, decent pay, healthy environment, you can call it your extended family.

      Cons

      Training period is not feasible for just anyone. One could get overwhelmed during this phase and would contemplate of not pursuing the job. You must be resourceful and fast so you won't be left behind.

      - Live where in the world you want - Work in any environment you want to be the most efficient - You are never micro managed but you are never on left by yourself

      Cons

      You have to get on calls late at times depending on your time zone, but this is mostly because you decide wherever you want to be so it's worth it
