      Pros

      It is fully remote as advertised. I've been here pre-pandemic and the remote culture is really embraced. Company structure is pretty flexible and if there are strengths observed, they do lean on it. Some back and forth on time tracking but, more or less, focus is still on output.

      Cons

      The emphasis on immediate customer appeasement sometimes overshadows the importance of adhering to established processes. This can create inefficiencies and potentially compromise the integrity of our workflows.

      Pros

      - Remote (that's the only pro)

      Cons

      - No benefits, hikes or bonuses since the past year as the company is at loss -Time tracking software is brought back again and takes screenshots, there's too much micromanagement. Please don't hire if you don't trust employees. -will lay off anyone who's being paid over the minimum wage to save money.

I'm just grateful for everything I've been able to learn and do in the last few years My pros for Monetize More: - 100% Remote Work - Geographic Freedom - Payment in USD - Cultural diversity - Professional Growth - Co-workers - English: as a native Portuguese speaker, speaking and writing in English every day is excellent - Proximity to C-Levels - Your feedback matters

      Of course, every company will have your cons. For Monetize More I would say: - Vacation - it's not well structured yet - because of some reasons - Business Risk (because of many factors - external factors, stakeholders...) - Time Tracker (I really hope they do not consider this anymore) - No set up provide to Work From Home.
