- Incapable HR department - Very low salaries as comp. to other companies, for example, someone with 8 yr experience will get 250-350K/y in USA/Canada but this company will hire remotely on just 40-50K. Despite the fact that after covid, even people in Brazil, India, Pakistan etc are now getting slightly comparable salaries remotely. - Few rude bosses
