Remote setting, good teammates, good training

Cons

Work is harder after recent layoffs, seems like management did not plan it out carefully and some of our tasks had been impacted negatively as teams we used to collaborate with have been reduced. There is a sense of a lack of transparency and profitability is still questionable so our raises have been on hold.
