Pros

Friendly and intelligent people. Minneapolis is a great cosmopolitan city but cold in winter. Attitude is mostly very cooperative and interactive between functional areas.

Cons

Going through major changes in management and location. Some contraction in services being sold. Some uncertainty. This site still has Tony Ryan listed. Management has changed !

Pros

Challenging, opportunity to try different things, fast paced, corporate education classes for free, fitness facility, scheduling flexibilty, work from home options

Cons

There is a lack of communication between managers, conflicting goals, lack of continuity, more focusing on placing blame than getting the job done.
