MongoDB is a great company with a great product and great people. Lots of support is being given. Lots of enablement tools. Salary extraordinary. Great Career Opportunites.

Cons

The task is challenging because you spend many hours doing lots of not win-bringing pioneer work to finally have the right conversations. You are constantly being pushed to call, but the company cannot provide direct phone numbers for prospects. Lots of research needed and the time you actually can spend talking to people is quite little.
