Our sales process is constantly evolving and we do regularly review compensation plans and quotas to ensure incentives are aligned with the high-value and impactful work our Account Development Representatives do. Learning the ropes does require consistent hard work in order to master, especially during your first year at MongoDB. To help, we offer a comprehensive onboarding program for all new hires including a peer-buddy program, and our Sales team fosters excellence by providing ongoing industry-leading coaching, development, and enablement. We are excited to share that we have recently grown our Sales Development leadership team in Austin by 75% and are more focused on coaching than ever. MongoDB is also committed to Diversity & Inclusion to build a culture that embraces and values differences. Earlier last year, we created a company objective to increase representation, particularly at the leadership level. In addition, we launched our company-wide DI strategy focused on 4 pillars: People, Culture, Customers/Users and Community; and we launched Decoding Inclusion, an educational series aimed at building community and raising awareness of differences.
