Pros
- MongoDB is growing a lot - it is well known by everyone in the technology industry - I believe the product is unique (data developer platform, not just a DB) - The company offers a great working model (hybrid, in-office, remote) - It embraces lots of Amazonian cultures but at the same time it cares of employees similarly to companies like Google or Facebook - Recent joining of Jim Scharf (from AWS DDB) makes things ever more promising - Engineering quality is good
Cons
- As the company grows fast, there are team and work processes that need improvement
