- fantastic product that simply works - huge market opportunity - great sales and pre-sales teams - great management team at all levels (especially in pre-sales) - fantastic culture - great salary and benefits - a lot of space to learn and grow

Cons

- sometime work-life balance is hard - the first months are really intense but it worth it!

Because of this, there is a lot of opportunity and visibility that comes with any role at the company. The people at this company are all forward looking and down to ping-pong whenever. The culture here spotlights success every chance it gets. - Good Compensation and Workplace perks (meals, activities, health & fitness) - Good work life balance with unlimited PTO and WFH if needed - Love the variety in swag!

Cons

High growth also means short periods of stability before things change again. Being flexible and a go-getter are must haves to keep up and be successful.
