      Pros

      Mongo has a decent product and is a minor disrupter in a highly competitive market. The stock is great to day trade.

      Cons

      Senior Sales leadership is completely detached from the realities of the sales role. Their micro-management approach and unrealistic quota and productive capacity expectations drives away talented sale professionals - they have a major retention problem. Very few reps hit their numbers and even fewer hit with any consistency. There is very little functional support outside of the corp office in New York. CEO is a decent leader but the CRO is cold blooded with a very short leash - he loves to fire people. He will drive the business into the ground. Avoid this sweatshop - there are significantly better opportunities out there that allow for reps to be successful, feel valued and allow for better work/life balance.

      Pros

      - Flexible working culture - Family first culture in workplace - Management cares about their employee - Perks are good - Not to mention free food on 2 days a week along with refreshment available in house all the time. - Exposure to global projects and travel which will help to enhance your skills - Open environment to try new things for improvement.

      Cons

      - Need to improve the quality of food in India office - Currently I have completed only 3 months so dont have much or experience till now.

      Good work-life balance Competitive pay and benefits Excellent environment and people on the engineering side

      Cons

      Company is growing fast so there can be a lot of process or product changes. Some things feel like we are just winging it, but we make it work.
