      Pros

      - it's very easy to have your work be known by leadership. - very much a startup mentality, forgiveness > permission - very complicated product which means a lot of learning ! - working with industry titans on incredibly challenging problems, network network network - brilliant colleagus that are jazzed to be there

      Cons

      - getting quite large so some orgs don't talk to eachother; but that's an opportunity for improvement :)

      Pros

      Great people Great projects (challenging and interesting) Great opportunities (moving from a team to another - possibility to lead your own projects) Great work life balance (nobody will bother you after 5pm. Slack and emails are very quiet) Very well structured onboarding, very well structured projects and tasks. Making products for software engineers by software engineers is a pretty cool thing to work on !

      Cons

      It sounds silly but just like others have said, there is not much actual cons to put out there (at least from my perspective).
