      Pros

      Amazing culture at the company. Everyone is very willing to help and they make sure to get you well trained and comfortable with the product. Exposure to top leaders is part of the onboarding process which is amazing. Strong sales process!

      Cons

      It's a complicated product, and if you're coming from a different industry the learning curve is massive. A fast-growing company, so there's a lot of moving parts. Also, the interview process is quite intense, it takes time and a ton of prep.

      Pros

      Great engineering culture built around mentorship, product typically has project requirements prepared before quarter starts, allowing engineers to seamlessly transition to the next line of work. Great mobility across engineering orgs.

      Cons

      Little visibility and collaboration on work across engineering orgs/teams. Not a huge con but sometimes would be great to have more visibility into what teams are working on.

      Culture, industry, product, leadership, worklife balance... I can go on and on

      Cons

      Nothing really stands out - the company is doing what they can to promote people from within and sometimes people are not ready but they are fast-tracked due to the need of the business.
