Everyone wants to hear about the company and the technology, interest is incredible and the technology can actually deliver.

Cons

Huge turnover, no consideration for remote employees and no trust either. Your report is more important than your actions. People can be rude to each other. Also, there's very few differentiators in the commercial version. The conversion rate is extremely low, so targets are tough to achieve.

- good product (and product market fit) - smart c-suite - PTO

Cons

- Dedicated CS managers are novice - CS will do culture surveys, get horrible ratings, and same people stay incumbent/nothing changes - upper leadership seems solid but they seem disconnected from how unhappy IC’s are something has been in the water the last few weeks. hoping for some change

Diverse and inclusive. Great colleagues.

Cons

They pretty much bombard you to post on Glassdoor about your 'positive' experience so they get a high rating. I did get laid off today and it was the opposite experience compared to how they portray themselves. It was inhumane, no feelings; it's all business and I get that but do not be fooled by the high rating on here.
