      Pros

      This company is heavily devoted to uncovering, gaining, & retaining top talent in the industry to propel it's fast-paced expansion goals! The fact that they have been able to maintain such a fun, tight-knit "start-up culture" through the massive growth is amazing. The executive team is inspiring, agile, and personable... but even aside from the top level, it is an overall extremely friendly and intelligent team of individuals.

      Cons

      If you don't do well with rapid change, this would not be the place for you. The NYC HQ office location is also not totally ideal in Times Square.

      Pros

      - surrounded by elite talent, new leadership and new hires - very important time in company's growth - life changing story to be a part of / very dynamic / culture of winning - make a TON of money

      Cons

      - wouldn't recommend if you're not able to commit to the pace of a startup and/or standards that come with very high level of talent

      New York, or don't bother

      Pros

      The stock will be worth a lot one day.

      Cons

      There is only one engineering office, and that is in New York city. There are engineers in other offices, but they are not recognized to be part of anything and are actively discouraged. Engineers in other offices used to be given false hopes of being able to contribute - until now recently management have come clean and tell you right up that the New York personnel is being promoted in stead of you because.. they are in New York.
