- incentives for new buyers - a lot of internal promotion - genuinely good, sticky product that is best in breed when given the chance to compete - really easy contracting methods

Cons

- even though the offering is multicloud some customers are really all in on microsoft or aws so it's really hard to get a look in even with a technically better offering - patches are really rigid and accounts are saved for hiring more staff over rewarding ramped and ready reps
