Truly a great culture that ultimately gives everyone equal opportunity to grow their career, and the necessary resources to be successful. The company always takes feedback from both internal employees and customers alike, and very quickly actions change in the right way. Everyone owns what they do, and unifies on same goals to achieve. Additionally, MongoDB is by far the most diverse company I've ever worked for, with truly a vast set of different mindsets and people from all over the world.

Cons

MongoDB moves and changes extremely fast in-line with the high-growth database market. Responsibilities and ownership of success only exponentially increase.

People care about you, as much as the numbers (and we care A LOT about the numbers Very good earning potential Product that works well, and reduces friction in your sales process Clear path towards management if that is what you want
