It will sound catchy, but let me be honest here, MongoDB is the best place I've worked. Here are a few strong points: - Culture (you can ask for help from anyone within the organization, no micro-management and very collaborative culture overall) - Work-life balance - Leadership (Leaders are always communicating to you what is going on and why. They also hear your feedback to make improvements) - Promotion (if you hit your quota, you will be promoted) - Achievable quotas and good pay

I don't think there is something that really bothers me. But if I have to name one: - no 401K match

I love working somewhere that truly has a team mentality focused on collaboration, celebrating others' successes, unlimited learning and development opportunities and overall really good people that I truly like spending time with. I have the best work/life balance and am able to exceed at work while still having a life outside of work. Honestly, this is the best place I have ever worked. I haven't had sunday scaries in a year becauses I truly enjoy being an employee of mongodb

No 401k match, no stipend for setting up home office, physical health benefits- our gympass option is mediocre
