      Pros

      Huge opportunity to further development and sales skills/process/methodology. The technology is changing the world, MongoDB Atlas is the future. I have really enjoyed my time here and gotten to work with some great people and have an awesome boss. Intense PG Culture, every single day - some people can't handle it, but they give you the tools to succeed.

      Cons

      Depends on who you ask, but the culture is not for everyone. Intense PG focus every day, and very metrics-driven (everyone can see your metrics, I don't mind but some do).

      Pros

      Being at MongoDB right now is like being on a rocketship with the amount of opportunity we have in the market. The culture here is more about "how you do things and how you think" rather than the numbers that you put up. I've seen people get promoted that do things the right way and barely miss their number.

      Cons

      As with all high growth companies, managers get thin. Meaning there was not a ton of availability on my manager's calendar when I needed him. We are now solving this issue by hiring/promoting more into leadership positions to focus on growing the current AE's.

      Pros

      MongoDB truly is a world class product that is in increasingly high demand across companies from startups to Fortune 500. As a sales rep, that's a huge key to success

      Cons

      As with any quickly growing company there are a lot of changes that are not always rolled out in the smoothest way. If you can't be flexible and "roll with the punches" a little bit this may not be the place for you. I also believe the compensation on the sales side is still below market although they are working on that.
