      MongoDB is rapidly growing, and as a recruiter, that is exciting; in the past, when I have been in recruiting roles that had hyper growth goals, all my work-life balance went out the window. At MongoDB, we are busy, but there is an outstanding balance, and I never am overwhelmed. You are well supported in your goals, and clients have been conditioned to act as partners and what you to help build a better candidate experience to attract the best talent!

      Cons

      I have not seen any that directly have affected me, it has been an adjustment going from a role that never turned their cameras on to one that does. Been having to comb my hair more often for work.
