      - Work with an amazing and supportive team - Enjoy working with customers - Get to solve all sort of problems and learn about new approaches and technologies - Opportunity to self-actualise , often I choose what I do within reason - Family friendly, working from home full time since February 2020 - Team fun

      - Sometimes a challenge to context switch between tasks - Not always the time to reach on my own work objectives

      It's a perfect storm... incredible product, a huge addressable market with less than 1% current market share, the product is extremely well received by the market/customers. Real opportunity to get into accelerators and the work is engaging. Management cares about your personal and professional growth, and they are aligned with IC comp plans, i.e., they are working with you to max your comp plan.

      Cons

      As with any growth company, things change, and for those uncomfortable with change, you might get frustrated here.

      Fast growing company with lots of opportunities Leadership team is very supportive

      Cons

      It has been a great experience so far, there aren't any glaring cons that I can think of at the moment. I do miss some folks that have left the company but I think this had to do more with MongoDB growing into a larger corporation and no longer the small startup feel.
