Awesome people, reasonable hours, culture of collaboration and teamwork, knows where it wants to go and has a plan to get there.

Cons

Growth environment can be chaotic, at least in the marketing org. Not enough women in leadership roles.

- good work is quickly recognised internally - salary conditions are good - the atmosphere is kind and benevolent - there are many career opportunities (horizontal, vertical, geographic) - the product is exceptional - the company is investing in employee's skills (training, certifications for engineers, etc?)

Cons

- I honestly don't have any to mention. Promises have been kept and beyond
