      Pros

      MongoDB is a super dynamic company where I'm having the chance to work with a lot of very young people, meet so many colleagues with different levels (so not only my peers, but VP also!) and learn so much. This is really interesting because it encourages me to do even better and more.

      Cons

      Never stop! Being so dynamic, you have always so much work to do and everything is a priority, so at the end of the day I often have the sensation that I didn't do enough. This is a bit frustrating!

      L&D opportunities are better and better Company culture is real and promotes team collaboration and empowerement Flexible working is encouraged High growth for a successful product

      Growth is so fast that the company is struggling to scale fast enough, this creates some firefighting and operational overhead Our ecosystem is complex and makes it hard to create and stick to our plan consistently

      Pros

      - My management team has been super supportive of me throughout the pandemic. They allowed me to take the time I needed to care for my child when she was home. I feel like I can take time off as needed. - Unlimited PTO and vacation time is encouraged. - My management team is supportive of me learning and growing. - I have never felt held back or like I was treated unfairly due to my gender. - RSUs continue to increase in value.

      Cons

      In my case, I have had many changes in management. Fortunately, this has not held me back in career advancement (promotion) opportunities
