      - Excellent onboarding- very clear perspective set right from day-1 - Wonderful feel-belonged nature right from the immediate team members to the leadership; sense of responsibility at each level to support - HR and process teams is super efficient; did the entire interview and onboarding virtually with zero delays or gaps at any step -Fast growing organisation where everyone gets a chance to learn and prove themselves; no dearth of opportunity

      - Employee centric - The best learning opportunity - Healthy and positive environments created by leaders and cascaded to the newest member - Work Life balance gets more importance here, managers push you to have leaves when they feel you need it - Transparency in management's planning and actions - Clear communications about performance and growth - Company is on growth curve and not stability at the moment

      - Only 1 can think of, disconnect between departments due to the difference in nature of work

      Nothing really stands out - the company is doing what they can to promote people from within and sometimes people are not ready but they are fast-tracked due to the need of the business.
