Pros
I've been in the IT industry for a very long time and have worked at many top-tier companies like Oracle, Symantec, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, etc. The caliber of talent here at MongoDB is on a whole other level. The cooperation, dedication and broad range of skills across the entire hierarchy of the organization makes MongoDB an awesome place to work. My technical peers are awesome to work with. The engineering team are eager to pitch in on especially difficult support cases. Management does a great job of letting us excel at what we do with our own unique skills.
Cons
The only "con" that comes to mind is that I didn't join MongoDB earlier in my career.
