MongoDB is truly the best company I've worked for, and it's a pleasure to consider that I will (most likely) end my career here. Amazing work culture, amazing work with our customers, amazingly talented co-workers. We're always, always learning and growing (because we have to in order to do our jobs properly!) The fast pace isn't for everyone; if you want to settle back in your own corner and not be bothered, MongoDB is likely not for you.
