      Pros

      MongoDB has given me the training, tools, and leadership to thrive as a sales rep. The C-level suite are knowledgeable and know their stuff. MongoDB invests heavily in all it's verticals to so it never feels like one is more important than the other. The product itself is the best in the business and something I truly stand behind, unlike other products I've sold.

      Cons

      C-level can be a little vague when answering tough questions during All-hands. Direct management can sometimes be a little "micro-managy" given the dedication and focus on forecasting and development. This is not necessarily a con but something I've had to adapt to,

      Pros

      Very strong and well organized leadership team, strong focus on priorities and proper project management. Below average stress level. High compensation. Flexible work arrangement.

      Cons

      Not much to say so far. Has to compete for talents with Google NY and Amazon NY, but few people know it's at least as good.
