      Politics and Biased Company Worst Management

      Some collegues are good and knowledgeable to work with

      Earlier it was a good company but due to worst recruitment in India by Indian recruitment team the company's reputation seems disappeared Company CEO is sleeping or what ? So much of politics and they hire only their favorite persons. Indian leadership Talent acquisition team is one example that they all are from same previous company Indian TA team makes false promises before joining

      - My questions never go unanswered - Incredible product and wonderful place in the DB Market - World-class engineers tackling some of the most exciting problems in tech today - Strong leadership and management support, there are always resources at hand to ensure you do well - Outstanding culture, some of the most down-to-earth, diverse, nicest people I've had the pleasure of working with for 2+ years - Internal growth & mobility - For junior/sr. associate-level candidates, this is the place to come and learn, some of the best professional teachers I've ever had - Fantastic Learning & Development training for all departments

      Cons

      At this stage in the company's growth, change is inevitable - however, the changes that are implemented are usually to make out lives a little easier, so I wouldn't necessarily call it a con.
