Sales process training, career advancement, compensation, ability to make you own mark on the significant growth of this company, market opportunity, technology (customers love it), and leadership top to bottom, and quality of entire company staff. You will learn more here than any other company!

Cons

Penetration of OEM applications. Once large SW manufacturers start moving legacy relational databases overt to Mongo, it's game over but we aren't there yet.

- Not a con of MDB, but as with any hypergrowth company, things move fast and the expectations are high. Success requires proactive time management and prioritiziation.
