      Pros

      Comp plan for sellers is top notch, stock plan is amazing, base salary is extremely competitive in the space, culture of hard work and meritocracy with a very healthy work/life balance, fantastic sales training, great timing to "catch the wave" at a high performing growth company. This is a place where you want to be as a seller.

      Cons

      There is always hard work to be done at a younger company with high expectations for massive growth. For those who are motivated by the pressure and the excitement, this is a really great place to be if you're willing to put in the effort.

      Pros

      -Compensation is above market standards -Work Life and Personal life is balanced -There are lot many holidays when compared to other companies and no question is asked when you want to apply for any kind of leave. -Manager and team is very supportive and keeps a healthy environment -Company is taking all possible care for its employees - it has added many benefits during this covid pandemic -All other health benefit policies are much better in-fact best - Working hours are less and no one asks you to sit and do job at weekends -Best part which I like the most is that it surprises us with gifts every now and then -We do lot of fun together even in this virtual situation
