      Pros

      Great place to learn, and fast-track you career as there is genuine commitment from leadership to promote internally. Little politics and great colleagues.

      Cons

      The all hands on deck, all the time culture that comes with a fast-growing, dynamic company can be challenging at times and isn't for everyone.

      Cons

      I miss being in the office and seeing all my great co-workers face to face! We've been growing so quickly it's difficult to keep track of all the new faces over Zoom.

      1. Very inclusive work culture 2. People friendly and accessible upper management 3. Provide all tools to help you perform 4. Focus on learning and enablement 5. Good industry which will always remain relevant 6. Product is good and top of mind for customers 7. Performance/merit based culture 8. Good employee benefits

      Cons

      Not many cons in my experience so far. But few of them are - 1. Sales can be slow to start and unlucky for some but enough resources are available to take help from. 2. Less flexibility to support customers/close sales through travel
