      Pros

      Great culture, not too hierarchical - teams and individuals are able to make decisions on how to work and what to work on. The company has a strong focus on work/life balance and diversity. The company size is in the "Goldilocks zone" where it's big enough to have a level of maturity but small enough to have good agility.

      Cons

      Options to try out different roles and teams are more limited than in larger companies. Product portfolio is fairly small.

      Pros

      Working with cool technology and always having the opportunity to try something new or to learn something. A great team that favours cross-department collaborations. Great leadership that gets things more right than wrong. Work-life balance is not only a checkbox, but encouraged. A workplace team that Cares with a capital C.

      Cons

      Not a con per se, but you need to be able to fly by the seat of your pants. It does require people to think creatively.

      - pleasant work environment, culture of open communication - interesting work if you are into linux, databases, web technologies, cloud - modern product, successful company - it's easy to grow relevant skills on the job - when products or processes are updated there are training sessions to explain them to everyone

      Cons

      - support engineers have to cover weekend shifts on average about one time per quarter
