      - Some aspects of the company are process immature/overly bureacratic (yes there can be both in one place) - Some growing pains given the break neck speed of growth this rocketship is experiencing

      MongoDB has grown substantially every year I've been here while maintaining a culture that fosters working together to build a great platform for developers. There are a wide variety of career path opportunities and many ways to have impact from public speaking to the Green Team.

      Cons

      Fast-paced growth isn't for everyone, and comes with constant change. There are challenges to working in geographically distributed teams, but they are common to all companies above a certain scale.
